The end result was a beautiful home, in a great neighborhood at a very reasonable price.

Overall, my son and I were extremely pleased to have Lionel represent us in our home buying decision. Although he is extremely qualified as a realtor, in that he understands the specific housing laws and regulations, his greatest strength is his integrity and code of ethics. Lionel is trustworthy and we appreciated his direct and candid advice throughout the process. I would recommend Lionel without any reservation and if the opportunity arises in the future to sell or buy another home, we will contact Lionel to see if he can represent us again.
